I watched this 3 times before I noticed they were sawing wood lol. I’m sure I’m the only one that wasn’t looking at the wood first lol. Just teasing. You guys are great. Living simple and wild is the best

Love the steel toe sandals. Great protection for when a log slips down on your foot.

Put some dirt or rock in the front bucket to counter weight when extending the boom with a log. Makes it a little more stable. Great work guys!

Hey, Greg, I noticed this the other day while watching another of your milling videos. There is a lot of castoff shavings on the track rail for the mill and every time the wheels roll over that debris, the blade is pushed up. Therefore you can't get a straight even cut in anything that you are milling. Just an FYI: You might start milling by cleaning the rails off first each session and you'd probably get cuts that are more even.

Good progress! Love your videos showing the progress of commitment! Everyone appreciates toned muscles, but some are for spousal viewing only! I am your friend. I am 83 this August and have been through many trials and tribulations. Moral living pays big dividends in the end! Ron PTL USA🙂

When you have a lot of weight in the rear bucket. Curl it back close as you can to the tractor. That will stop it from teetering back so bad. Just a little trick to try. Awesome content ✌🏼

I personally have found it best to wear the least amount of clothing when working with heavy equipment and large logs. Especially foot wear, always make sure your toes are exposed or at least can breathe properly through your canvas shoes.
Having said that, I do believe that your bride was properly dressed for moving the logs. If Nothing else but to remind you that you did good in the partner lottery.
Stay strong you two. It is good to see a couple working together.

If you guys ever get a grapple for the tractor you’ll love it. When you start a new country build a skid steer is better suited Once you have the place built a tractor is better suited. If you buy attachments that are quick attach many times the fit both tractor and skid steer

I'd like to encourage you to get forks for the front bucket if you can afford them. Especially when you are carrying a heavy load you want it as low as possible to avoid the tractor tipping. It will make it safer to pick up the logs, when you have to roll them into the bucket there is a good chance it may roll back on your legs.

The goats are hilarious. Even after a little high spiritedness they get some love. LoL good on you;
and you get the belt sander back LoL

Check the blade roller guide alignment. If it's off, it puts extra stress on the blade. The book will probably say to check it every 1500 hours or something, but if you ever saw something big enough to bump against the bark, there's a good chance the alignment is off which can lead to blade breakage.

Never saw any of the mill operation, I was too distracted by the young lady's attire. Thanks, BK
