it says after installing / with key off, turn key to first stage. Don't start the car yet. then push the reset button for 5 sec. wait 30 -54 sec. then you are good to go. after 150 miles or so before it shows results. my question; What reset button?

Already spent well over an hour, cannot find the port. It's so hot outside! I phoned Progressive Insurance, spoke first with a gentleman with a very thick Indian accent. I presume he was in India. He transferred me to someone in the U.S. She sounded confident, but again, no luck finding the port. I'm starting to wonder if there is a port in my 2020 Ford Escape. I've wrenched my back contorting myself to get down on the floorboard under the steering column, but still no luck. I've felt all over under the dashboard. There just isn't a port to be found. I tried to pop open something that looks like a cover, but it's not coming loose, and I will be damned if I damage the interior of a practically pristine car just to find this damn port! I'm so upset! NONE of the online tutorials help. There' no mention of an OBD port in my owner's manual either! What an ordeal! There must be an easier way. All the people saying how this video was wonderful? I think they're nuts! It was of absolutely NO help at all to me.
