I miss the days of Five Below selling GameCube controllers for five dollars! I had four white GameCube controllers to match my Wii and I was in heaven! Don't sleep on Five Below! Really wish they would just stick a store in my neighborhood!

Those joy cons are perfect for my kid. He tends to break them. Loved scoring 3DS games at five below. Found legend of Zelda triforce heroes and yo Kai watch.

I let my 8 year old play Minecraft without my supervision and by the third day, my controller looked like a Walmart display unit. These cheap controllers will be perfect.

I've had a pair of these for going on 1 year. They still work great, no joycon drift or anything. They hold a charge longer than the originals too (in terms of play time and standby time). My regular joycons are dead within a week on standby without a charge, these don't have that problem. They're a great second pair for multiplayer! I noticed a couple comments mentioning not to expect long-term durability and longevity... Obviously those people don't own them, because they've been very reliable and durable. It's thick plastic, and they don't feel chintzy. They're actually a tiny bit heavier than the originals.

A couple of nitpicks, when you use one controller vs the two, it strains your hands after a while. They don't have the sensor to point at objects in games such as Mario Galaxy where you have to aim. Lastly, it's a bit harder to read the buttons than the regular joycons. Would i buy them again? In a heartbeat. Regular joycons are currently priced at 79 dollars per pair at Walmart. These were 20 dollars. You could buy 4 pairs before you were to the price of regular joycons. If you need a spare pair, go for it!

I had a few people test these out and for the price, they all like them and even with some cuts made to the design. The price of these are decent.

It's so ridiculous to me how expensive controllers are in general for any system. My PS4 controller recently crapped out and for a used controller is like $50! Man WTF??

To be honest, I really like how they look on the Switch itself. Makes it look more sleek.

Just got these today's but I ended up having to go back into the store 3 times. A huge problem I've noticed others talk about in the comments was the ZR and ZL buttons being very hard to press for the switch to recognize any input. I recommend bringing you nintendo switch with you and test out the Joycons after you purchase. If you have problems you can walk in and do a trade in. Took me three tries but got a good pair without any issues 🤙

Stay away from 5 below USB cables. They last around 3-6 months and fail at the connectors.

Saw these today too! They can be a good shortcut key remote for computer! I use my switch joycon at work for illustrator, wont have to take the good joycons now. Thanks for the video!
