UK finance minister delivers Autumn Statement on budget policy

UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond said on Wednesday that the government planned to cut the country's budget deficit, excluding investment spending, to below 2 percent of GDP by the end of the current parliament in 2020.
