He changed grades in college, he's in trouble with his bank, the fake text message just so happens to show up on the day of court, he knows "everything" about the App, and she has proof of giving him $2k. The judge should've cited fraud and perjury, hit him with punitive damages, and then reported the case to the local police and prosecutor.
