Watched this and about 50k others and tried the holding the straightener downwards but was all fingers and thumbs. Wondered why I always got one side better then realised that for each side you swap which hand you hold the straightener in! I think I may finally have cracked it so thank you so much 😘

I finally realized what I kept doing wrong with the straightening iron to curl my hair, while watching and listening to you. I kept dragging it to the end to curl it up, like you do with a curling iron! 🤦🏼‍♀️. And, how you kept pointing out which direction your hand was and which way you tuned it to go toward or away from your face… these made all the difference in my understanding what is supposed to occur. Also, to leave the ends out! I’ve watched a lot of tutorials, watched many of my own hairstylists and have never quite been able to do it. I watched this twice in a row as, I was styling my hair and it actually looks pretty good 😊. Also, the styling products that you use, and the little bang squeeze too. Just SO MANY great tips!!
