i know im 3 years late, but it makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing you so openly support mental health in such a way. i was just discharged from a hospital last night with my heart rate finally being under 100 (when i came in, it capped at 180). i have severe anxiety paired with depression. this is such a lovely video to see now that im out!
