Spoiler: There is a sequel where he briefly returns to France before being exiled again, but this time to St. Helena, a island in the middle of nowhere. Sadly the public got bored of not having a monarchy so there is not another sequel.

Another interesting part about Napoleon's exile to Elba was that he was actually allowed to keep the title of Elba. Yeah, it was probably tsar Alexander's idea since he and Napoleon were long time ago seemingly very good friends.
