I felt bad for Jensen and Shane. They didn't deserve getting slammed like that. To the fans being nasty towards them if you want an autograph or picture of them so badly go buy a convention ticket and get it that way. Seriously those guys have lives too you know. And I thought Shane was really good about it. Dumb ass fans go get lives and stop treating celebs that way.

Jensen Ackles, you, sir, have the patience of a saint. Even when you're clearly being pestered & are tired of it, even when you're clearly on your own time & trying to go about your business, you give an (additional?) autograph & a photo & firmly but politely ask the crowd to let you thru.

Jensen is always prepared to show his appreciation to the fans where & when it's appropriate. I imagine that when you have crowds shouting at you like that, you learn to tune it out & carry on.

I met Jensen at Nashcon & he was obviously in a hurry. Did I want an autograph?? A picture?? More than ANYthing....but I didn't ask. It just didn't feel right. I mean, he was about to go sign for hundreds of people for 3 hrs straight. The smile and nod he gave me was enough. These people really are terrible to overwhelm these actors like they do. They really are just human like the rest of us and deserve respect. After all, an autograph is just a name on paper.

If Jensen didn't care about his fans then why would he bother to show up to any of the SPN convections. He enjoys seeing his fans, but the fans also need to give him some space. It the same for all actor, actress and even singer. Sometimes I think we take it forgranted.

i understand that fans feel bad when their favourite actors are so close but seriously guys, imagine how many innumerable fans they must have given their autographs to and so on, they are in fact human beings, don't they deserve their privacy or when Jensen was taking some bags inside and people started abusing from behind- it was so outrageous, if they are big stars does that mean that they cannot be in a hurry to go somewhere? Fans who do not understand this do not deserve to be called fans at all!

Jeez if I was there, I would probably see Jensen and Jared and go "have a great time guys!" because I would be so nervous and then promptly faint! All the actors in this video are great and I don't think any of them were rude. It's the paparazzi and the so called "fans" who were rude and disgusting! I feel so bad for Shane! And when actors are on their personal time you need to back off! Imagine yourselves in that position and then see if you like it! None of these guys are rude and you need to get a life and prioritize if you think so!
