I originally had the GR-20 untill 2007 when i got the GR-55. Been using it ever since my keyboard player left my old band. My favorite musical toy. Bought another one just in case they stopped making them..lol. Got a hold of a Roland Strat with the biult in p/u. Excellent! Amazing piece of equipment. Built like a tank and never had an issue with them.

Cool Bat out of Hell bit ;) I used to have the old Blue model but it suffered from a horrible gap when switching between the patches and I ended up selling it (I kept GP-10). Is the sound gap still there? I have two guitars with GK-3 pickups and I kinda miss fooling around with non-git sounds.

Hi Jared great to see someone showing off the versatility of the GR55 in a live situation 7 or 8 years after it was first launched. Are you going to do any more? It would be great to see your tips and tricks. I love mine though still don't think I'm using it to its full potential. Do you use it with your GT 1000? If so any tips on how they can be used together (connection, interchange, volume matching)? Keep up the good work its appreciated!

Had anyone have their gr-55 pedal malfunction? The sound breaks up when pressing volume pedal.

Hi, Does it exist in gr-55 adding Harmonies in a Specific Key ( Harmonist ) as is the case with the Roland GR-33.I would ask you to give me an answer ... it is very important to me ...Thanks...

I used that exact same guitar to house my GK-3 pickup when I was using my GR-20.

I am thinking about getting one of these since I have a Godin Multiac on the way but in every video I watch there are tons of other equipment in view. My questions are basic. Can I go from the guitar to the GR-55 to my amplifier with this device or do I need more "stuff" to make it work? Secondly, can I go from my guitar to the device to my Zoom R16 multi-track recorder and still use all the capability of the device?
