oh Randy this made my life so easy now... previously I would have to save the document to PDF and than provide page numbers starting from page 4, but this code has solved the problem, I just need to add ( .FirstPageNumber = 4 ) and the renaming page numbers would follow accordingly and another VBA would save the PDF to a desired destination. Thanks man
