I’m really confused because my teacher gave the exponential parent function to us as f(x) = 2^x and its normal function as y=a 2^[b(x-h)] + k. He gave us the 2 instead of the b and added that b in the exponents.... !!!

nice video i have a question, if i have this function f(x) = 2^x + 3 and shifted left 8 units, stretched vertically, by a factor of 6, reflected about the x-axis, and then shifted downward 9 units, what would be the final function ? please help
