No billionaire gets there wealth without making corpses

The thing is, even the people that create dramatically more value still rely on others to create said thing that makes them valuable. At the moment, the math is horribly broken. Capitalism needs to be looked at more as a powerful and extremely versatile tool and less like either the solution to or cause of every problem.

People that create value deserve to reap the rewards, but so do the people that make it possible for them to get there.

Definitely not just bad accounting. There are plenty of people who really caused that much value to accrue through their actions. Billionaire isn’t a pejorative and some people think that it is.

Also just from a practical economist standpoint, money in the hands of billionaires grows the economy significantly less than money in the hands of the lower and middle classes. Billionaires tend to hold that money and do very little with it, whereas the lower and middle classes spend it on stuff that stimulates the economy.

After a certain point, wealth becomes worthless for improving a person's life and after that point solely gives them the ability to consolidate their power over others.

That shouldn't be allowable in a free society.

Also, people have a duty to improve the society that they live in, those who hoard wealth are shirking that duty for their own ego.

I wouldn't have a problem with billionaires, if people weren't starving on the street. We have a baseline of comfort we want to achieve for every human being. And a handful of people accumulating vast amounts of wealth, is obviously an exploitation of our system. We are only individuals. No one individual should have enough money to own a country, we are over 8 billion people. That's ridiculous.
