Change battery in FreeStyle Freedom Lite Meter

This video shows Free Style Freedom Lite Blood Glucose monitoring meter battery replacement. The replacement battery is CR2032 or DL2032. Easy DIY.

Lithium Coin Battery CR2032 3V

Steps:
1. Before replacing your batteries, turn off your meter.
2.Turn the meter over and remove the back cover
3. Pull up firmly on the plastic ribbons to release the battery.
4. Remove the old battery and replace with a 3-volt CR2032 or DL2032 coin cell batteries.
5. Make sure the ‘+’ sign is facing down on the new battery.
6. If you put the new batteries in the meter within 60 Seconds of taking the old batteries out, the meter saves all your settings and results.
6. Slide the battery cover back into place.
7. Discard batteries according to your local environmental regulations
