In a crucial hearing, the Supreme Court of India today sought the response of the National Board of Examinations that is the NBE to the petitions filed by doctors who are aspirants of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test that is the NEET-PG 2023-24 seeking to postpone the exam scheduled on March 3 by three months.

Everything is Prefixed ... we r going to loose this case , the advocates r there to loose the case ... Only gainer is Few ppls like Dr Krishnan who got National fame and got Political Career was Never any will or effort to win .

Thr newly eligible interns for the exam will be eligible for the counseling only after their internship completion which is in the mid of August! & other eligible candidates had to wait till their completion & the counseling usually begins Oct or Nov ( that's how our NBE works) do you even realize how much time the docs had to wait to get a seat ! THE WHOLE YEAR will be gone by then! So why can't they use it to read/revise more than get a seat of their choice with better marks ! It'll be a win win for both! You denying the Postponement this time is purely outta EGO! Poor planning & management of NMC, failing in every step to understand Doctors of the country! You hardly listen to what the Docs got to say! The newly eligible interns were given one month for preparations for the NATION'S MOST TOUGHEST EXAM! The love for my country is Huge but now I truly regret being a Medico here ! Everyone of you used us during the PANDEMIC, used every bit of us! & you turn deaf ears when we try to explain something! Health Ministry - you failed big time!

If it's all about numbers, then Honorable court should ask NMC to conduct a poll of all 2 lakh aspirants through SMS/email what each one of them want, postponement or no postponement.

Is it a valid point to do injustice to 25 k people only because it will cause agony because of postponement. People who are preparing will get more time study what kind of agony is that.

India have worst constitution, maximum delay cases in world, highest holidays, lowest working hour, many cases of protecting terrorist (even at night) like Kashmir problem, Boneless system(eg, Bangladesh refugee crisis). Almost all verdict help (so called minority) wrong people.

So if this type of system collapse by new Corrupt system, be it.

Next hearing will be on 7 or 8th march I guess. Atleast it won't be postponed after that. Why can't these cases be give some special treatment and give them some clarity early on. Poor chaps won't be studying and wasting a year.

Hnbl SC was not even intrested in listening to the petitioners points. It's almost like the Hnbl judges already knew they had come with a pre conceived notion, that postponement is bad and difficult for the conducting authorities!
