Deal Sourcing - a fantastic route to fast cash - finding deals matching them to investors and getting paid a fee. And of course all this money goes to...his own properties!

This success is a real joy to watch in our mentoring programme. I have stripped out every process, piece of information and template, and given them to my mentees, in a Business in a Box (Currently 175 documents and rising, I don't stint, I want everyone to succeed!).

It is a joy to see Peter work his way methodically through the information and take great advantage of it and then go out (with his wife Monika) and succeed fast.
