So after i opened Paks, i can just drag the downloaded Zip Files into the Paks Folder and it will add my Mods into the Game?

how do i install sound mods? i tried installing one the author told me to delete all vos and movies and then replace them with the folder i downloadet but when i tried launching the game i got the error "failed to open descriptor file"
