O.K.... if you complete it levels 9 and 10 you will be able to have direct contact and communication with LRH himself. If you are unsuccessful it means that you still have thetans attached to you and will have to repeat 7 and 8 again. Then and only then can you attempt 9 and 10 once more. If you again are unable to be in contact directly with LRH then back you go to 7 and 8. And so on and so on
