I know that Jesus is alive, and the Holy Spirit is at work. My Daughter was a drug addict, now she is not. This was all done with the help of the Holy Spirit. One night we found her because of a direct result of a miracle, the whole time she was an addict there was miracle after miracle. Now that we are 10 years down the road, and she is married with 2 girls and is leading worship at her church she has told us of many times she was protected. Jesus is real and alive today!

When we have big dreams, god disciplines us give us the character we need to sustain those big dreams. So life starts getting really challenging, don't give up- that is god shaping you for the person you need to be to walk in your big purpose! This is my favorite worship song from Hillsong. This song was written and arranged in a deep place of sincerity. Its simple but powerful. I can play it and instantly feel the presence of God. I can play it and it always sounds fresh and ushers in a new atmosphere of worship in God.

This is one of my favorite songs! It reminds me of Psalms 46:8-10: Come and see what the Lord has done; the desolations he has brought on the earth.He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth.

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” This song reminds me to deliberately get into the center of things and focus on God. Having been brought into relationship with God through the Atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ and concentrating on Him, we can experience wonderful times of communion. As we wait only upon God, concentrating on the glorious outlines of His salvation, there will come into us the sleeping peace of God, the certainty that we are in a place where God is doing all according to His will. After the crucifixion, Jesus met the scattered, confused disciples on a lonely mountain. No music, no choir, no televangelists or Dove Awards, (although there is nothing wrong with that). And yet Mat. 28 states 'they worshiped him'. How did they do that ? I like to imagine they did it with hugs, tears, laughter and shouts of joy. And because the veil in the temple was torn down the middle days earlier, that same feeling of nearness to God is now available to anyone who seeks it...anytime they need it.

Classic. I remember listening to this on my way to a church basketball game. I was so poorly attired in my mind, red gym shorts and a t-shirt.

But I felt the presence of God so strong as I my sister drove us to church. Thank you God for this. It reminds me years later to lift what you say about me above the words of anyone.
