PS: I saw some comments thinking it was the Kim Dweller: It is not. It is a more general and unique Mimic Dweller with its own design, animations and sounds and it will soon have its own AI that allows it to mimic the player voices and the stealing of the skins of the players it killed.

17:10 for that structure you need the "tear of the man". Idk where you can find it, I think it’s in the other structure you found earlier or you can just randomly find it on the ground
