I just tried. After copying the icon preview "new from clipboard" is greyed out OS15.3.2, is there a work around? Thanks for sharing!

I do this in affinity and add large word like, PHOTO, HOLIDAY, etc in font like Impact etc

looks nice but does not work here :-((
Macos sequoia 15.5 !
When clicking the folder and press info the folder icon does not gets highlighted!
Any help for that?

ah so actually you can add any image instead of the folder icon. I just changed some old skool icons around thanks for the inspiration

I managed to change color the first time, however when I tried doing the same thing with a new folder, , , My preview app won't show me " new from clipboard" because it is greyed out, and instead wants me to open a file, , I guess I am stuck. You mention something about opening up a default images folder, , Can you somehow explain that process for me please. The greyed out new from clipboard has me stumped. Thank you
