Great video, however, you need to correct this. A burr hole is never created just to inject something. If there is no catheter already inserted, then they will use a burr hole already created to inject medication if needed but the purpose of a burr hole is to relieve pressure from the brain, not to inject medications. If the patient has a bleed on the brain or an infection which has caused swelling on the brain, or a patient has had an accident which has caused a TBI leading to swelling on the brain, depending on how bad the swelling is, they will first try a burr hole, and if that doesn't work to relieve the pressure then they'll do a craniectomy to relieve the pressure, but a burr hole is always done for the purpose of relieving pressure on the brain. They may also use them to drain fluid from the brain, again, depending on how bad it is.

Also, a baby's sutures are almost always closed by the age of two years old, not 7, 8, 9 or 10 years old. Aside from a few things such as that it's a great video.
