At 2:46, for that you could have contacted Jay from Real Street Performance. He knows Supras inside and out even in his sleep. He is in the top 3 if not the #1 person for all things Supra in the US (in my opinion).

We had a similar deal with an Australian dude. We purchased a set of wide-body/fender flares for a GTO which doesn't exist but they have similar in Australia so we sent the money, couple weeks later the guy claimed he didn't have them any longer.
Eventually we did get a refund.

Ya know I only been on your channel a year now Drew... I'm a Mercedes Benz guy and I fully understand how some parts are very very hard to get 2004 Coupe C230. "I feel your pain." On the other hand I wouldn't wait on the gentleman to get your parts because he watching the channel also and once you fix the Supra he'll have your parts. "So just chalk it to the game Drew." I don't think it's unreasonable to ask him to send what he has on hand as a gesture of good faith, and then one might feel a bit more comfortable waiting for what he's yet to allocate. I hate to say it, but this seems like a classic case of robbing Peter to pay Paul. Or, in this case, stiffing Drew to cover X, Y, and/or Z in said individual's life. I really hope this guy gets his shit together and makes good on delivering this man's parts.

Unless you're rolling in it, losing $5k is a gut punch at best. At worst... that could wreck a person in certain economic tiers.
