While Netflix has established that season 3 of Squid Game is coming in 2025 in multiple promos for its content in the coming year, they may have accidentally let the exact date slip.

Netflix Korea briefly had a video go live that didn’t just have the 2025 release date, but a specific date, June 27, 2025. That would be just six months from now, essentially record time in releasing a new season of a huge show, especially when it took three years to get from season 1 to season 2.

However, if you’ve watched season 2 and heard anything that creator Hwang Dong-hyuk has said about this, you’ll know that this is more or less Part 2 of Season 2, rather than a season 3 in a more traditional sense.

The final moments of Squid Game Season 2 leave Gi-hun in the darkest place yet. In between the credits we get a surprise glimpse at what’s ahead in the series, including a look at three players walking, Young-hee’s always terrifying face, a mysterious boy doll, and the glow of a green light turning on. What does it all mean?

To find out, you’ll have to tune in when Season 3 — the final one — premieres on Netflix.

The season stars Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-joon, Im Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Lee Jin-wook, Park Gyu-young, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Jo Yu-ri and Kang Ae-shim.

The dolls names are Young-hee and Choul-so, way back in the day they were popular childrens mascots used in books for education and teaching moral lessons.

I think gi hun will be mad cause 001 betrayed his teams and also his bestfriend.

The next game would definitely be London Bridge because of the parallel stance between both dolls, and the rail lights would indicate when a bridge traditionally is available to cross and stop, hence why whoever is caught in the middle will be eliminated, and they’ll probably go for a few rounds similar to the mingle game

I feel like the "Jack and Jill" will actually be the korean verison of London bridge, as the dolls are facing eachother, and there is a traffic sign.When it hits red and the dolls hands go down, whoever is stuck in the middle would die.
