KSI always has a puncher's chance but i doubt Jake will lose to it even if caught clean. Many people forget about Jake's big ol chin which got tested against Woodley and Silva. Plus JJ hasn't
shown the ability to defend against good and snappy overhands, he has shown the ability to defend against Swarmz's supertelegraphed overhand.

KSI needs to show that he can string together good, 3-4 punch combos and land them well like Jake began to do back when he fought Woodley for the first time. It'll help him do nice amounts of damage and also rack up points whenever Jake and KSI fight. Obviously more adjustments can be made like cutting off the ring better but combination punching can be a major plus when it comes to his technique.

The combination punching can help whenever KSI goes in close range, Jake will curl up into a little ball and deflect any punches that are thrown, but KSI can break the guard with an uppercut and then follow up with a string of punches that begin at the body to have Jake lower the guard and then powerful hits to the head which can get Jake off balance and knock him down.

While Jake is for sure ahead with a couple of things, One thing KSI has over Jake is his extremely good jab to the body. KSI for sure won a couple of rounds solely on the jab when he fought Logan the second time.

While I'm pretty certain KSI has better cardio because he was able to throw constant overhands for about 6 rounds straight and never showed severe fatigue as he has in sparring footage, Jake is able to keep a somewhat constant output in his fights with Woodley and Silva. KSI can jab his gas tank away and then Jake will become slower, an easier target to hit, which leads to more punishment, and eventually a knockdown or knock out.

KSI has a good chance at beating Jake, not sure why people have the idea that Jake is so far apart from KSI that he could absolutely knock him out with a single punch, that's simply not true.

I hate when I see people dunk on KSI for ducking Jake. KSI called Jake out years ago when he had slightly more experience, so Jake knew it was a difficult fight. Now, Jake has far more experience and wants a KSI fight immediately after his return, where he has an advantage. KSI obviously knows it so he's taking a few fights before Jake.

I hope KSI comes out on top but he needs to take a few challenging fights. We can't go back in time but I would've liked for KSI to fight Danis for his return and fight Fournier for January, then head on to Woodley, and then Tate? or somebody who has an advantage over him in order to truly challenge himself before facing Jake.

People are already writing Ksi off as not even having a chance which is Fair tbh because he hasn't shown what he can do that's why in 2 weeks he needs to show skill and technique and throw in combinations to show people why he says he's better than Jake even tho I personally believe it won't be as easy of a fight as people say it will be for Jake JJ hasn't given a good of enough performance to even defend him standing a chance so January 14th he has to show people why he says he's on that level

Ksi comes in chin up and hands down, he doesn't know how to throw an overhand from his guard and overextends when he does come in, jake will counter and easily get away from ksi if he pressures, jake knows how to cover up so he won't have much trouble with ksi and that's if ksi can even back him up.

Tbh man we really need KSI to win

Because if JJ beats Jake (especially by KO) then in my view, he pretty much sent Jake back down to the level of other YouTube boxers


And so, him rematching Deji and Gib, or fighting Slim and Papi would actually be seen as realistic fights
