This is also why rendering from real life can be difficult for artists— you have to draw/paint/sketch the shapes in front of you, not “an eye” or “lips” or “a hand.” You end up drawing the same eye, the same lips, the same hand, and it becomes VERY difficult to correct any bad habits you’ve picked up along the way.
