girl please don't stress over english, just focus on your strengths! its natural to be better at other subjects than others, plus you are literally amazing at the sciences and geography (9s?!?!). i do fairly well in english but i'm barely scraping 6s and 7s in maths and science. those are still good grades anyway. and now we literally never have to do an english lesson or paper ever again unless we choose to 🫶

I have some tips (some of these might not be applicable)
- Find your GCSE Specification (For example, I'm doing Edexcel for Maths, AQA for Geography and English Lit. / La, OCR for both Triple Science and Computer Science)
- You might want to use quizzing apps or apps that you do homework on (For example, Quizlet, Kahoot, Educake, GCSEPod and DrFrostMaths)
- If you have them, attend achieve sessions.
- Start with revision as early as possible.
- Use past assessments to ensure that you don't make the same mistakes as past ones.
- BUG strategy on questions (B - Box the command word, for example, explain, suggest, and describe. U - Underline key information / words. G - Glance at the marks)
- Don't be hesitant to ask your teachers for extra support.
- Try not to procrastinate (It might be hard, but it's for your own benefit)
- Make a revision schedule (so you can be organised and don't burn yourself out)
- Ask for your teachers' advice when it comes to revision.
- Use reputable sources.
