1 bag Takis Fuego
1 bag Takis Blue Heat
8 sticks String Cheese
1 Egg
1/3 cup AP Flour
pinch Salt
pinch Black Pepper

In three separate bowls add the egg, flour, and crushed Takis. Whip the egg and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Season the flour as well and cut the cheese sticks in half. Coat the cheese in flour, egg, and then roll in the Takis dust. Place into the basket of the air fryer and cook at 350°F for about 6 minutes or until starting to melt. Enjoy immediately!
