5 sibling are inherting mother home. Now 1 went and sold her share to an investor after we told her we were buying her out. Now the investor whom recorded his name on the Deed. Is forcing us to sell our share to him . He made an offer which is to low. And he says as time go by he will lower offer and take us to partition action.
