Quick look at the New Oxygen OS ROM for the OnePlus One, Oxygen OS 1.0 is based on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop and I give you a quick look at some of the features on Oxygen OS and what are the features missing compared to Cynogenmod.

Oxygen OS is very light OS when compared to touchwhiz (samsung), xperia rom, htc sense and other roms! Oxygen OS runs all heavy games as it helps the hardware execute the code more efficiently awesome video geekyranjit :D

OLD IS GOLD:- CyanogenMod 11 is the best, right from the display & Looks upto faeatures.
If you scrutinise properly there is no any significant changes done.
I have asked the same questions to everyone "What is the major difference between CM & OxyOS but all have answered the same features which was already present in CM except few minor changes.

The cellular data usage while using Google Now was because it uses it for location. Try clicking GPS icon in Maps app, it will use mobile data again. Same thing happens in Moto E too.

Nice overview. By the way, am I the only person who got the Google voice search activated when the presenter said "OK Google?" My phone did just that and it was quite hilarious!

Love the videos and crisp to the point articulation! Keep going! Just one suggestion - sometimes you seem to get into a singalong kinda flow - maybe stop doing that? :) just makes it better to hear - my personal opinion.

I wonder how the battery life is. I've seen it improve but it's no where close to cm11. Improving nevertheless.

+Geekyranjit I have flashed in my oneplus and the auto brightness works fine. The only thing I do not like is the google camera. They should have given some other camera application.

1) should I upgrade my phone to oxygen os nw or should I wait for lollipop and then I upgrade to oxygen os
2) or should I upgrade to oxygen os and then I will get my lollipop upgrade
3) is CM12 better than oxygen os

I think its because of the location setting which was enabled which causes the phone to use cellular data instead of wifi.
Happens with my nexus 5 too!!

Do u know how to solve mobile data issue for oneplus one? I just flashed it with LOS17 and no mobile data from the simcard
