Sir does conversion occur for category seats to general merit in this year's special stray round? In 2023??

Sir I'm a UR candidate.
So according to what you've explained
If for example I fill for MD Radio in MAMC PWD seat > MD Radio LHMC UR seat.
And in the first cycle, I get MD Radio LHMC UR seat.
In the next cycle when vacant PWD seats get converted to UR category, will my preference for MAMC Pwd seat be considered or will it be by-passed because I had already been allotted a seat in LHMC?
