How to assemble IKEA BEKANT desk. A detailed tutorial with plenty of details on this IKEA adjustable desk. Ikea BEKANT coming in two parts and depending on your preference regarding the size and colour of the table top and legs. Quick question: when u adjust the leg height do you jus eyeball it to be even on both legs? Or is there some kind of notches in there to guide you?? This is the only concern I have before buying, thank you.

Thank you for the guide. I bought two "Bekant" office tables myself, but the curved version. The assembly is pretty much the same, but you have 1 extra part for the metal frame. What I don't understand is why Ikea is using the plastic bolts to mount the tabletop to the metal frame. It doesn't seem like it will be easy to get those out, if you for some reason are moving to another house / apartment and need to put the table apart. .
