Also when ur doing ur kips make sure to get ur hips to the bar so you can cast out of it! Besides that it is a really solid routine

Be sure to keep leaning your shoulders over the bar after your kips and leave your toes in front longer to be able to cast out of them better! Nice form just work on those connections from the Kip

It was really good just make sure you get to full handstand when you do cast to handstand and also work on connecting the skills 😊

I’m a level 8 gymnast and that routine was okay❤not to be rude but for your clear hip put you hips farther from the bar and shift fast to make it higher and try working on kips so you can connect it! ❤

Get your hips to the bar in your kip. But other than that it was a pretty good routine!!

no hate, she had a gorgeous routine but i dont think she should be doing a cast handstand if she cant make it up to vertical, and probably shouldnt be doing a layout if its not fully extended but other than that it was good!
