"Ta Paidia Tou Peiraia" by _Manos Hadjidakis_, sung by Nana Mouskouri, you mean... And, by, the way the guards outside the Parliament do not march this way, you've sped up the video. But there is a reason why they march the way they march: the idea is that you shouldn't bother the unknown soldiers that have fallen defending Greece that "lie" there.
