Taxonomy is one of the core building blocks of biology, but it is often only implicitly or indirectly related to the theory of evolution and only rarely comes up explicitly in the creation/evolution debate.
In this video we'll dive deep into the philosophy, history, and ongoing debates in the field of taxonomy and the closely related fields of systematics and phylogeny, to see how all of this relates to the theory of evolution and the debate. And to top it all off we'll briefly look at the Bible and Biblical taxonomy.

For the promised resources: see the replies under the pinned comment (my list was too long; the description can only contain 500 words).

Excellent! Though I'm very disappointed that the family taxa isn't quite as clear as I thought. Dr.Behe has declared the line between families and genera to be the "edge of evolution". That means new species and new genera do "evolve", but not new families. He didn't go beyond that, but I went on to conclude that families must line up very well with Biblical "kinds". I assumed there are physical characteristics that make clear dividing lines between adjacent families. I'm disappointed that everything is so sloppy.
