I could average 20 assists a game playing with Kareem, the true goat.

The most dominant player of the 70's. 6 MVP's in 10 years!

It’s almost comical how unstoppable he is. This ‘77 Kareem is just about as flawless as basketball players get.

Taking into account that he's a center his elegance and longevity is unmatched.

Jordan and Kareem are the two greatest basketball players ever, in my opinion.

The dirty secret to his game: He was HUGE. He was/is listed at 7 ft 2 but he is taller than that. An announcer clearly calls him 7 ft 4 at towards the beginning of this clip. Makes it even more impressive how durable he was.

Arguably the goat. Mans had the most unstoppable move in basketball history. Wish Giannis would master it

If you take every level of basketball into account, he's the greatest and most decorated player ever.

Kareem was really about 7.3. His skyhook was so hard to stop. And he was a superb athlete as well as a great closer.

im kind of shocked there's this much actual game footage of KAJ out there.
also KAJ v Walton is true GOAT stuff. The two greatest UCLA players ever battling it out.

I was thirteen or fourteen, and developing and learning the game during this period as a future Division 1 collegiate player. I hope the young guys viewing this video totally understand and fully appreciate how tremendously great this man was. Look at the inside foot work, spin left, spin right before going into the sky hook rotation. In the paint domination, semi mid range sky hook domination. This is totally a lost art in today's game. If he were in the game today with the spread offense and lane wide open, he might average per game 50 or 60 points. So much technique and facility. His ability to find the open man in the low post is phenomenal. I don't believe comparing different positions to each other, but arguably the GOAT within any position. He won mulitple championships in high school, college and NBA and broke records.

The most unstoppable and reliable shot ever! If the game was on the line and you needed a basket to win, Kareem would be my go to for the shot. No one else was ever even close.

That hook shot remains one of the most unstoppable shots in NBA history
