It beats the GTX 460 1GB cleanly . Surprisingly it even matched the 560Ti in our benchmarks (as in 1 or half frame difference between the two).

@HiTechLegion When you tested it and it mached 560ti, was your GTX 560 overclocked or not? I searched Asus gtx 560 chards, and their standard frequency is 800MHz.. So i got this doubt. Pease respond if you can.. I cant decide if 560ti is worth the money.. Otherwise i'd buy GTX 560.

so asus, giga, and zotac are all manufacturers.. but nvidia is the head of where it all comes from, right?(i guess ati radeon is another companythat designs these cards too ).

I'm getting ready to buy parts for my gaming PC. I'm getting an i5 LGA 1155 CPU, 8GB or 16GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM and I was going to get this card but I read somewhere its not as good as the Ti version and from reviews I've read the Ti version doesn't get the sort of FPS in games I am wanting so that lead me to think well what sort of FPS will this give me. I thought this card was top grade. FPS wise I'm looking for about 100fps in Crysis.

Nvidia is the company that designs the graphics cards and Asus is one of the manufacturers of the cards. Gigabyte and Zotac are other companies that produce the same card but at different prices, build quality or overclocked values.

wat's the difference between the TOP version and the OC version? I see that the TOP version has a 925mhz core clock. I have the OC version and oc'ed it some more to 950mhz. Are there any more advantages that the TOP version has?

if i was a salesman i'd say yes - after that i would suggest the same kind of step to the 448 core - after that to 570 :), oh may i throw in a new power supply too ?

This is a stupid question, but can I SLI this with a GTX 560 (non TI and non TOP)? Also if I can can I manage the clocks seperatly in MSI Afterburner?

its almost equal to the stock ti version except it has lesser shader processors ! but an overclocked ti could easily beat it

@HiTechLegion From what I saw the OC model has a frequency of 850 MHz, do you think that the extra 75 MHz will change much? Also another question, currently I only have the option of choosing the OC model or the GTX 560 Ti model, which has a lower factory frequency but an extra 50 processing units (384 compared to 336) and is almost 40€ more expensive, would you think it's worth the extra money?

the TOP is overclocked @ 900mHz, the normal DirectCU II OC is clocked at 830mHz
