On March 15, 2017 I bought a BV6000 3GB RAM and 32 GB ROM.
It accompanied me on many trips and many adventures around the world.
I work as a gardener, the phone has proven to be very useful and very practical in sand, mud and water contexts.
I also use it a lot as a navigator when I travel by motorbike: sun, rain, dirt roads... no problem!
The rear plastic mesh that covers the speaker has worn out and last year disappeared completely. A weak point of the phone in my opinion, from personal experience, is the glass that covers the rear camera, which is very fragile.
Today I decided to replace my old BV6000 and bought the Blackview N6000 Mini.
I hope the phone is as durable and practical as the BV6000 which overall has been my favorite phone ever!

i have the BV6000, it is now 6 years old and still going after many drops and mishaps, battery is starting to fade but still get 3-4 days from a charge lol, but i fancied an upgrade so i ordered the 6300 pro from your store, I would never buy any other brand of phone after using a Blackview ! they just keep going regardless of whatever you throw at them, just amazing Blackview, Well Done ! love from the U.K

The BV6000 is still the benchmark for rugged phones. It was so tough and had an excellent extended reception range.
I've since owned a BV6500 and a BV6300. They have better software but are nowhere near as tough as the BV6000.
I would love to se the 6000 re-released with the latest OS.

I have had BV 9700 pro- lost it off a bridge 20mt into COLD river and found it after two days intermittent searching - broke bioreader on rear but still going strong💪it has outlasted by more than X2 any other phone I have( welder/fabricator)

There’s got to be a tougher screen over the supposed Gorilla 5 screen that these come with. I have a tempered glass screen over my Blackview 9800pro and dropped it out of my shirt pocket. It fell about 3.5’ and hit the stair flat on the face of it. I didn’t pick it up immediately because my hands were full with groceries, but didn’t think twice about it because it’s dropped before with no problem. About an hour or so later I retrieved it from my staircase and flipped it over only to see a shattered screen. Like someone took a hammer to it. There’s no way I can see it being thrown down a concrete staircase and surviving when mine only fell down on one wooden step and shattering like this did. I’m pissed because I paid a lot of money for my phone and it was supposed to be “rugged” and able to take moderate to heavy abuse. I think a cheap Dollar General phone would have been able to take the spill better than my expensive $600 Blackview 9800 pro. Not happy. I now have to find a repair shop that’s able to fix it and God only knows what that’s going to cost.

i accidentally dropped my blackview phone but it's not that extreme and now my phone has a problem with the screen. then some software problem and a malfunctioning SOS button. I'm proud to use Blackview, but I don't know how to solve my phone problem. there is no blackview service center in my country. 😞😞
