Some ideal statements to add in the description of your video, in case you are using someone else's content in it can be:

“All the videos, songs, images, and graphics used in the video belong to their respective owners and I or this channel does not claim any right over them.

Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.”

If you have copyright issued for your own content in the video then you can simply write:

“Copyright @ {name and year}. Any reproduction or illegal distribution of the content in any form will result in immediate action against the person concerned.”

Audio copyright description can be inscribed in a YouTube video in two manners:

Either you put a line in the video highlighting “The audio used in this video is purely a copyright material” & also write the @CompanyName along with it.

Or the best way is to put an audio mark in the audio itself before uploading it to YouTube like watermark is out in an image while uploading it online. Audio mark isn't the correct term I think, but I used it as a reference. Put a definite copyright tone in between the audio like “This studio is presented by @CompanyName” & repeat it on regular intervals of the audio though that would harm the presentation of the audio but your audio gets saved. This is will disturb other users from downloading it & using it.
