Intro to step-ca; Our open-source online certificate authority

In this video, Smallstep Developer Advocate Linda Ikechukwu, demonstrates how to use step-ca to create your own private certificate authority and use it to issue TLS certificates to your local projects so you can use HTTPS in local development.
