All the women in my family have used shade # 99 for several decades. I have high anxiety in regards to the new formula. I have used and love # 99, Natural Palest Blonde also known as 9.5PB/99 for several years that you have changed ..what is this color called now ? And is it the same color ?

I have always used the medium blonde. It doesn't even look the same on my hair now. It looks like a cheap hair color. I loved the old one - it had more highlights. Please go back to your original formula. :(

My mother and I have always used Nice and Easy with no problems but when we used this new formula recently, we both suffered bad hair loss temporarily. My mother had itchy scalp and burning sensation on her scalp, with substantial hair fall. I had temporary hair fall. We had to wash our hair several times until we felt better. The old formula was better. We will not be using this again.

I have sensitive skin and I was told by my retired hair stylist to add x3 packets of sugar twin mix in well, i do and I've never had a problem with it . I also find there's more of the hair colour so I only need one box instead of one and a half . The only negative thing for me was it's harder to wash off your skin so apply carefully .

For many years I have used a combination of Nice'nEasy 6 and 6A (formerly 116 and 114A). I use 15ml each of the colours and 30ml of colour activator (use half of 2 boxes each time as I have short hair). With the change of the colour from liquid to cream I find it impossible to measure an accurate amount. Please advise as to what measure I should use for the cream (equivalent to the 15ml.) Alternatively, where can I purchase a stock of the old recipe boxes? Many thanks.

The new/improved formula is NOT IMPROVED according to my hair reaction (3 or 4 times now !) I am trying to find the previous formula (lightest brown) but, should this not be possible I will have to change to another brand.

Used the old nice and easy in baby blond for decades no problems, first time using the new formula hair was like a thatched roof, couldn't do any thing with it, totally unmanageable, spoke to the people at Schwarzkopf (Clairol not interested) who were amazingly helpful, suggested I used their Omegaplex shampoo and conditioner and treatment cream, magic, hair back to normal . I now just use the Omegaplex when I do my roots. Getting the cream into the bottle, get a mug, put plastic bottle in mug on a non slip surface then place neck of tube into bottle and squeeze firmly down slowly from the top. Hope this info helps because Clairol won't, it's now actually Coty.

I used the original Clairol Nice N Easy about ten years ago. Never again! It stinks because of the ammonia in their product. I had a headache for s few days because of it. My eyes were burning, too. However, now I have asthma and allergies. So, I don't know if I should try their new and improved product. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you! 😊

I have been a long time user of this product as well. I am so DISAPPOINTED in the so called NEW AND IMPROVED. It burned my head when applying it, turned my roots a reddish orange color and the rest black. I am seeing now that I am NOT the only one. That old saying goes " Don't fix it if it ain't broke" I don't understand why it was even changed in the first place. I am so upset that I have to really be careful what I say. I will never again use this product again.

I’m trying to understand the instructions. It states to “rinse and shampoo” after 25 minutes. What kind of shampoo would be better to use? I have never heard of shampooing hair right after you rinse out the dye. Usually you have to wait a few days to use shampoo. I’m confused. I’m also totally confused on the color codes. I use to use 104 blonde but that is no longer available and now there is a whole different color code system. I bought 10 Extra Light Blonde but not sure if I will use it since the instructions are confusing and the color code is a guessing game as well. I probably need to switch to a brand that has clear instructions so I don’t mess up my hair/scalp. ☹️

I just used the new formula, well that will be the very last time I will use your product, very unfriendly to use and when it says "light brown" well for me it 's dark . I used your product for years but while it is drying now I now I have to go and look for something else . Was nice using you but this is the end . By the way how do you squeeze that tube in the bottle? you loose a lot .

hello .I use loreal excellence creme color kit every year...But shades are darker on my hair as compared to shown on boxes...can you suggest me any shade of Clariol which is lightest brown to medium blond

Clairoll should have spent their money on market research with regular customers instead of advertising garbage
I am disgusted by the damage and distress this has caused. Roots turned orange and the rest turned black.
How are you supposed to put thick cream into a small opening?
I have told my local store and they said they had already heard.
My hair used to be shines with nice highlights ...this stuff turns hair to straw
I have ordered South much old stock as I can find.
