The service features a breakthrough device called the Pizza Portal™, the FIRST heated, self-service mobile order pick-up station in the quick service restaurant industry.

With this innovation, customers get hot, freshly-prepared, custom products in hand seconds after they walk in the store using state-of-the-art, automated, self-service hot-holding technology. RESERVE-N-READY™ combines the company’s best-in-class convenience with mobile ordering, pre-payment and heated self-service pick up to create an entirely new experience for customers. The RESERVE-N-READY™ system is in test in select stores and will expand to other markets later this year.

In keeping with the convenience Little Caesars is known for, the new RESERVE-N-READY™ service is aimed at helping customers have an easier and faster way to get pizza. Customers just place an order and pre-pay via the Little Caesars mobile app. The app will notify the customer when the order is ready. When the customer arrives at the store, they skip the line and go directly to the Pizza Portal and input a 3-digit pin or scan a QR code. Thanks for this video. I was nervous about trying this, and this helped convince me to give it a chance. But...

I ordered and waited and never got that "pop-up" after ordering/when it was ready for pick-up. Finally went in 30+ minutes later and nothing. My name wasn't there, nothing in the portal, and other issues. I did show the one behind the counter and he helped me. He brought out cool pizza and my receipt from the back (and I got a free 2L Pepsi with app order). 3/5 experience, at most...
