زيت زيتون | olive oil
كزبرة وبقدونس | Coriander and parsley
سمن |smen )Moroccan Preserved Butle)
زعفران في كأس من الماء | Saffron in a cup of water
برقوق مجفف | Dried plum
زبيب | raisins
قرفة | cinnamon
ملعقة من العسل | A spoonful of honey

مدة الطهي ساعاتان (حتى ينضج الكل ) | Cooking time: 2 hours (until everything is cooked)

I recently went to Morocco and I became fascinated with their tagine. I brought back 2 of them and many of their condiments. I am having fun experimenting. I tried this recipe munis the honey in top it came out amazingly delicious. Now I will do it again for some friends. Thank you

I love how Moroccan cuisine is the perfect combination of sweet and savory normally I am not the biggest fun of trying different flavors like sweet and savory together but God have I loved trying Tagine with Plumbs, Pastilla in my recent Morocco trip. Salutes from Turkey <3
