What is the button on the handle?The user manual says "The Timer Control Knob has a reminder bell which sounds when the cook time has elapsed". I assume that the oven stops cooking (turns off) at this point. It would be good to state this is writing - if it is indeed the case.

I finally found a 2 quart pyrex glass bowl to go into this. I baked a few cakes and they consistently don't come out right. Any suggestions?
