Are Ninja Neverstick Pans Any Good After a Year of Abuse?

Показать описание

Nonstick pans are an essential part of every kitchen. The problem is that they typically start losing their nonstick ability within a year or so. Either than, or the nonstick coating starts to flake off and get in your food which can cause health issues. Ninja Kitchen seeks to change that whole narrative with their Ninja Neverstick pans. They are guaranteed for 7 years, and claim that their nonstick surface will last the life of the pan, never flake, and are fine in the dishwasher or even being used with metal utensils. Those are some pretty amazing claims, but how well do Ninja Neverstick pans actually last in the real world under regular use? Watch this video to find out how ours are holding up after a full year of abuse!

What many folks probably don't understand is that non stick surfaces degrade as they are subjected to thermal shock. That just means that if you have the pan on a high heat and immediately submerge it in cold water after use, it will rapidly drop temperature and this will actually degrade the non stick surface and shorten its effective lifespan. So, it is best to let it cool to room temperature before washing it.

Great review and you checked all the boxes on the Ninja pans. I own multiple Ninja fry pans and recently bought the Ninja NeverStick Possible Pan. This is the BEST pan I'm ever used in my life. I do hand wash it. I'd like to see your review for this pan. I use it multiple times a day everyday.

Ive found that Calphalon premier line is excellent Teflon Nonstick in long term durability and has excellent warranty policy....Ive recently bought some All Clad Nonstick pieces (10) 3yrs ago at TJ Maxx, Marshalls and they've been great so far

How do you clean the outside of the pans? I can never figure out why the outsides get so dirty, and scourers destroy the polished finish.

I bought good quality nonstick ninja pans and looked after them really well, hand washing, no metal utensils, I kept protective covers between them when they were stacked. Within a year the coating started to come off! I got them replaced and the same thing happened again! I threw them out in disgust and replaced them with good quality stainless steel copper bottom pots like they told me to use when I was at school in the dark ages. Don't buy nonstick pans, just get some good old fashioned stainless steel ones and they'll last you a lifetime!

I have the wal-mart version of the 10" pan. I really don't like the handle, as it's hollow and is sharp if you grab it from underneath near the front while cleaning the pan. It was $10 cheaper than the common version, and seems to have the same non-stick coating. I've used it once or twice nearly every day since October to cook something for my carnivore diet. So far, I can't find any defects in the cooking surface. I have never used anything sharp. Either Nylon, or silicone spatula, or a flexible silicone cake/omelet spatula for eggs. Usually after cooking, food just sprays off the pan with hot water before even using soap. If it ever does fail, I'll be trying the Emeril Forever Pan.

I have had my Ninja Premium cookware, (2 frying pans, Saute pan, Wok) for over 3 years. The pans have been heavily used and they still look good. There is no chipping, scratches, sticking. I hand wash them only, no metal utensils. I guess there is a decent 10 year warranty if they chip or something. They send you a new pan. I am impressed with how long they have lasted given they are non-stick. Definitely worth what I paid for them! 🤣

I have loved my NINJA cookware since I received the set as a gift just a year ago; however, After a few uses, I noticed the small kettle getting small bubble bursts all over the bottom. Now, after having simmered two chicken thighs (on medium low heat) I was surprised to see that the center of the kettle had peeled and shrunk! The area is about an inch to an inch and a half and the original bottom is exposed!

For that connection area on the pans. The deep ring. Have you tried a toothbrush to get into the depth of the ring. Put the paste or whatever you use on top of the bristles and deep into the middle and bottom of them. It might work.

2-29-2024 I bought a 16 piece set on 1-24-2022 and in the past 6 weeks all the pieces have started pitting. I use only silicone spatulas on my cookware and they agreed to replace 5 pieces and claimed 3 pieces were superficially scratched and not covered.

At a cost to me Shipping was $28 and will take a month to be delivered. They have a 10 year warranty but clearly this cookware is no better than most not stick cookware.

thanks for sharing, just received the Ninja ZEROSTICK 30cm Sauté Pan and 28cm Wok, both have lids with steam holes. Cooking eggs with bacon, the eggs stuck - I see now the water droplets test for pan temperature is flawed, I need to get pan hotter before use!

Im 3½ years in with my ninja neverstick essential pans. Its my only pans and l havent had a single issue with them. They are still very nonstick. I dont use metal and l hand wash them

The test he preformed is not sufficient, scramble them yokes up, and you will have some scrapping to do. The eggs will stick to the pan. Adding cheese, forget about it, or you will be spending the next 10 minutes scrapping egg off your pan.

I can see where you have scorched the non stick coating.. I can see the design of the burner in the non stick lol
