Ek important bt jo apse puchni hai ki bank ka lawyer ya officer registry ke new paper bank lekar jaye ga tab Loan amount DD dega ya bank person at the time of registry when we enter in registrar office because he will ask us do we have got the full payment. Kay procedure hota hai please tell me as it is beneficial for everyone who is doing it for the first time.

if a person make an agreement to sell the land with some person earlier, without the knowledge of exact person which was not registered but he did registered deal in front of the tehsildar with another person, then according to land revenue act which one is valid document

सर,

मेरा भी यही मामला है। संपत्ति "A" के नाम पर 0.1900 हेक्टेयर जमीन थी (जिसकी खतौनी भी है)। अब "A" ने 2009 में "B" को अपनी जमीन से 100 गज जमीन बेच दी, और "B" ने दाखिल-खारिज भी करवा लिया था। उसके बाद, "B" ने अपनी 100 गज जमीन में से 30 गज जमीन 2018 में "C" को बेच दी, लेकिन "C" ने दाखिल-खारिज (म्यूटेशन) नहीं करवाया।

अब मैंने "C" से उसकी 30 गज जमीन 2024 में खरीद ली, लेकिन समस्या यह है कि अगर "C" ने अपना दाखिल-खारिज नहीं करवाया था, तो मेरा दाखिल-खारिज कैसे होगा?
