Since T-taps are used to patch into the factory harness, was there any other corners cut during manufacturing? T-taps should never be used due to oxygen and copper wire being a bad combo as you know.

Do the fog light halo wires have to be installed for the fog lights to work when turned on? I don’t want the DRL halo for the fog lights just for my headlights.
