I asked Chatgpt and browsed all the websites all are saying it's error 429(RATE LIMIT EXCEEDED) but at 1:02:09, I sended my first POST request, so how can it be RATE LIMIT EXCEEDED. Please help me ASAP, I am a newbie in using Chatgpt's api.😢😭

I'm noob and ran into an error with "SyntaxError: Cannot use import statement outside a module"".
On the "import express from "express";"
BUt GPT itself showed me the fix to add this line, right bellow the version, on my package.json:
"type": "module"

And everything ran 100% smoothly

When I try calling the post request at 1:00:20, I get an internal server error that says "Too many Requests". Did anyone else experience this, and if so how did you resolve it?

Update: Looks like I needed to either make a paid account, or at the very least add my credit card info to my free account. The code is working now
