They never brought the best of both airlines. The only reason why the AA is still there is for obvious reasons... It's largely known worldwide. Usairways was a great airline why isn't this new airline even greater???? Simple.... They don't put their employees first thus the chaos that all work groups are experiencing. It's just sad to see....
It's a simple concept. Take care of your employees and your business will flourish.
