For defense playbook I always use the broncos. It also works as 4 - 3 and it is consistent (at least for me) and im mostly Number 1 with it.

This would probably be really annoying to do every year/sim but bear with me
Swap each teams best player with their equal seed in the opposite conference. example: swap lamar jackson with cmc since they were both #1 seeds in their conference last year. A simpler version of this would be to swap only your teams equal seeding. The goal is to win a superbowl and the ovr could determine who is the best player. This could either be really cool or suck lol

Idea: You cannot have a player over 25. once they turn 25 you have to trade or let them go to free agency. Goal: Win a superbowl
